Field technician needed for IT consulting company to help assist end users with troubleshooting and desktop support, among any other issues that come up.
Great communications skills and a passion for technology are a MUST.
At least 3 yrs experience.
MCSE certified a plus.

Job Functions
On-site support for MS Windows environments, desktops, laptops, printers, and servers-
Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance-
Setup wireless networks, routers, firewalls-
Installation and upgrading of software applications and operating systems-
Consults clients in best practices for computer setup and maintenance-
Phone and remote support with terminal emulation software-
Works closely with 3rd party vendors to enable clients-
Qualifications
3 yrs experience
Great communication skills
Great troubleshooting skills
Good time management and organizational skills
